Established in 2025 in Saratoga County, SPB is a new company backed by deep expertise — Black Rock brings over 30 years of construction experience and Arras Masonry contributes 28 years of artisan stonework. Together, we deliver whole-home construction, renovations, and signature masonry with union-trained standards and meticulous project management.
